Terms of Service

By booking or using RagCafe services you agree to these terms. For questions, reach us at legal@ragcafe.in.

Definitions

"RagCafe", "we", "us" refers to the catering service provider. "You" refers to the customer booking catering services. "Event" means the scheduled occasion for which catering is ordered.

Booking Process

Bookings may be initiated via website forms, phone, or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after written acceptance (including quote approval) and receipt of applicable advance payment as communicated in your order summary.

Payment Terms

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees. Applicable GST and charges will be stated in invoices. Payment methods and schedules are as agreed in your quote or corporate agreement.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel relative to the event date. A standalone summary is also on our refund policy page.

Modification Policy

Menu or guest count changes may be accommodated subject to feasibility and may affect pricing. Late changes may incur additional charges.

Delivery & Setup

Delivery windows and setup scope are as per the agreed package. Venue access, permissions, and utilities at the venue remain your responsibility unless explicitly included.

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific order, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, government orders, severe supply disruptions).

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties will attempt good-faith resolution first. Failing that, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless a different jurisdiction is mandated by law. Nothing limits your right to approach consumer commissions or other statutory authorities where applicable.

Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

Website content, branding, menus, and marketing materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or misuse our assets without permission. You agree not to misuse booking channels, harass staff, or submit fraudulent information.

Consumer Information & Grievance (India)

Where India’s Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and e-commerce rules apply, we provide required business information on this website. For order-related grievances, email legal@ragcafe.in with your booking reference. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48–72 business hours and resolve them in line with applicable timelines. Escalation rights under law remain available to you.
