We may collect identity and contact details (name, phone, email), event details (date, city, guest count), preferences (cuisine, dietary), payment-related information as required to fulfil orders, and technical data (cookies, device/browser) as described in our cookie section below. We collect only what is reasonably necessary for stated purposes.
How We Use Your Data & Lawful Grounds
We use personal data to provide catering services, communicate quotes and updates, process payments, improve our website, comply with law, and — where you have given consent — send marketing communications. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP), processing is based on consent where required, and on other lawful bases such as provision of services you request and compliance with legal obligations.
Data Sharing (Third Parties)
We may share data with service providers (payments, SMS/email/WhatsApp, analytics, hosting) strictly for operating the service, under appropriate contracts and security measures.
Data Retention Period
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and dispute resolution, then delete or anonymise it in line with our retention schedule.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data; withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent; nominate another individual to exercise rights on your behalf where permitted; and seek grievance redressal as described below. Children
Our services are directed at adults booking events. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have received a child’s data in error, contact us and we will delete it promptly where required.
